Remoulded Tyres Casings and used tyres are carefully examined by our specialists. Only then are they approved for re-use and re-treading. Remoulded tyres can be an attractive proposition for your customer because of the advantageous price. Remoulding involves applying a new tread as required on the existing casing. Type of rubber, thickness and details of the tread - these can all be decided on the basis of your customer's specifications.

Our tyres will not separate because the tread is not simply glued on as in retreads, but it is moulded to the proven casing at high temperatures and pressure, just as in new tyre manufacturing. A remoulded tyre is much safer and has a longer life. Our tyres are also made with high-grade European raw rubber with a shelf life under 90 days. Most people do not know that rubber older than 90 days changes its molecular compound.

Remoulding is done exclusively by renowned specialised companies. And we give the same guarantees on re-tread tyres as on new. The difference between a Remould and a Retread A retreaded tyre simply glues or bonds a tyre tread on an old tyre after the old tread has been removed. The retread will eventually separate and fall off the tyre creating a danger for the vehicle and other vehicles passing by. Remoulded tyres use the same process as used in the new tyre manufacturing process.
