ABB has been established in Nigeria since 1977 with its headquarters located in Abuja FCT. We have a branch office in Lagos and an upcoming sales office in Port-Harcourt, as well as various site/project offices located around the country. ABBNG Limited comes under the Middle East and Africa Region (MEA) with Headquarters in United Arab Emirates. 

The MEA Region comprises: United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Israel, Kenya, South Africa, Tanzania, Mozambique, Qatar, Sudan, Oman, Egypt, Morocco, Algeria, Nigeria, Iran, Iraq, Egypt, Malawi, Francophone Africa, East Africa, Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Ethiopia & Central Anglophone Africa , Zimbabwe, Zambia, RDC Our activities in Nigeria concentrate on the Power Technology division. The division has been driving improvements in efficiency in its projects in Nigeria.

Automation Technology Division
The Automation Technology division blends a comprehensive portfolio of standard and customer-tailored products, solutions and services for increased productivity and energy efficiency among industrial, utility and building industry customers. 
 
Automation Products: This business serves customers with the 'building block' to improve plant performance, including motors, drives, instrumentation, low-voltage devices and power electronics. 
 
Process Automation: The main focus of this business area is to provide customers with solutions for control, plant optimization and industry-specific application knowledge. The industries served include oil and gas, power, chemical and life sciences, pulp and paper, metals and minerals, and marine. Manufacturing Automation: This business area provides robots, related equipment and modular manufacturing cells for tasks such as assembly, finishing and machine tending. Key markets include automotive, foundry, packaging and material and handling.
