After he returned to Ethiopia he started participating in the Travel industry in 1994 as a German speaking Guide and Tour Operator through out Ethiopia. His consistency with the travel industry benefited him to gain remarkable knowledge about tourism.

In the year 2003 he started his own company namely Tedy Tour and Travel Services Plc. recognized and accepted by Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Ethiopia.
