Tema Lube Oil Company Limited (TLOC) is the premier Lubricant Blending Plant to be established in Ghana to enhance the country’s economic and development programme. The main raw materials used to blend lubricants are imported base oils, and proprietary additives provided by Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs). The Company also manufactures steel drums for packaging of the lubricants, and for sale.
TLOC blends and packages lubricants under franchise for distribution to OMCs. The Company also manufactures steel drums for packaging the lubricants and other uses.

The Plant is geographically located in the Heavy Industrial Area of Tema, about 24 kilometres east of Accra, the capital city of Ghana.
