Valeo Pyeong Hwa International is a global auto-parts distribution company established in 2008.

VPHI is mainly selling not only the clutch products of Valeo Pyeong Hwa, but also other major components (Brake parts, Engine parts, Suspension parts, Electrical parts, etc). VPHI established C-VPHI in Shanghai, China, in 2015 to actively cope with expansion of market share in China and diversification of overseas market. C-VPHI will grow in the future by securing new growth engines based on the domestic market in China. VPHI sells the products with several brands depending on the market environment.
