Phillips Healthcare Services Ltd is a fully owned subsidiary of Phillips Pharmaceuticals Limited. Phillips Healthcare Services Ltd was established to offer focused and specialized services to donor funded projects. It provides excellence in forecasting and quantification, procurement, warehousing and order management processes. Phillips Healthcare Services Ltd is currently the procurement and warehousing Sub contractor for the multi year USAID funded Kenya Pharma project providing a foundation on which the project will expand to meet its set goals over the life of the project. Other Services to the health sector include governmental (MOMS & MOPHS-NASCOP) nongovernmental organizations including the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI), Catholic Relief Services – AIDS Relief projects in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Nigeria and Zambia as well as other PEPFAR implementing partners.

PHSL’s vision is to be “The preferred world-class provider of affordable and sustainable healthcare solutions for a healthy Africa”. PHSL is strategically positioned as the social entrepreneurship arm of the Phillips Pharmaceuticals Limited. Our target population is the population at the base of the pyramid (BoP) and we will endeavour to undertake corporate social investments that address the identified health needs of this target group as well as partner with other like-minded organizations to serve this population. We provide excellent forecasting, quantification, procurement, warehousing, order management and distribution services. 

PHSL is the procurement and warehousing sub-contractor for the multi-year PEPFAR funded USAID|Kenya Pharma Project managed by Chemonics International Inc. as the prime contractor.
