We work with their design team to provide the maximum number of pallets in systems as diverse as selective racking, drive-in racking, shuttle racking, canti-lever racking, as well as mezzanines for warehouses.
We import forklift attachments directly from our manufacturers and also recognised attachment companies like Cascade and Kaup to ensure the finest quality for our customers. Our range of attachments include forklift paper clamps, bale clamps, booms for steel coils, and Olecranon drum clamps.
Forklift Leasing
Contrary to what many assume, leasing is not a direct alternative to purchasing a forklift and in fact purchasing a forklift will always be the cheaper option. So why is it that companies choose to lease? While it does offer some financial flexibility, the main purpose of leasing is to avoid the forklift being obsolete. Leasing ensures that you always have the exact number of forklifts and exact specs to fulfill your requirement. Through our partner Rentworks we are able to offer leasing solutions to major multinationals such as Unilever and Bidco.
Wheel Loaders
Our range of solutions is not just limited to inside your warehouse. We also provide diesel wheel loaders for mines, quarries, and construction sites, with wheel loaders from 3 tons and above. We also provide several different attachments as well as servicing.
Stackers, Reach Trucks & Order Pickers
For use within the warehouse, Taurus can supply a range of manual stackers, semi-electric stackers, fully-electric stackers, drum lifters, reach trucks, and order pickers. To this end we rely on various suppliers such as HELI (China), MiMa (China), Zowell (China), Combilift (Ireland).
Pallet Trucks
We provide a range of pallet trucks from HELI (China) that include 3 ton Manual pallet trucks, semi-electric pallet trucks, and fully-electric pallet trucks. We also have pallet trucks for specific industries such as reel pallet trucks, rough terrain pallet trucks, scale pallet trucks, and stainless steel pallet trucks.
Forklift Servicing and Spare Parts
Selling a high quality forklift is relatively easy, but the true test is in ensuring that it performs reliably. Our goal is to ensure that the lifespan of the machine is extended to the maximum. To that end, we stock various kinds of forklift spares such as forklift tyres, forklift batteries, stacker wheels, and pallet truck wheels. We also have a team of highly trained engineers to ensure that your forklifts are always running.
Cleaning Equipment
We strive to provide solutions for multiple warehousing requirements, and that has led us to partnering with HAKO (Germany) to provide a complete range of cleaning equipment and industrial power washers. This portfolio consists of walk-behind sweepers, walk-behind-scrubbers, ride-on sweepers, ride-on scrubbers, and combination scrubber and sweeper machines.
Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Provided in tandem with our IT Partner Technoforte (India), we have rolled out a warehouse management software called PALMS. Through this customers are able to get an overview of their entire supply chain from storage till distribution. This helps greatly with visibility, reducing theft and pilferage, and reconciling stock takes.
Fleet Management System (FMS)
We partnered with a South African IT company to provide a phenomenal fleet management system specifically tailored for forklifts. This provides analytics on any forklift collisions, hours in operation, and security features to regulate forklift use. Companies with both single and multiple forklifts will be able to make data-driven decisions regarding their equipment.
