Big Expeditions is a mountaineering and Tanzania Safari company founded more than 10 years ago by Nicholas Minja, a veteran mountain guide in East Africa. When climbing with Big Expeditions your chances of summiting are very high. We strive to make sure that your climb is not only a trek but also a learning experience. We have recruited some of the best guides who are knowledgeable in Geological formations, ecology of the mountains, wilderness medicine and leadership. We have one of the best trained Kilimanjaro guides and other support staff.
