Modern hand crafted pallet furniturePallet Furniture is based in Bloemfontein, Free State, South Africa. We build creative, simplistic, rustic or modern furniture, all depending on client demand. We like to afford our client the opportunity to be creative when ordering, whilst offering our advice and ideas. We also deliver the products we manufacture to our customers based in Bloemfontein.Billions of pallets are produced each year and most pallets live a very short life span. These pallets are generally used once and then get discarded to landfills or used as fire wood etc. I see this as a waste of quality wood. Most pallets are made from pine, as is most quality furniture, so why not reuse?After a bit of sanding and some TLC, the once blackened, scratched, chipped and warped planks turn into a smooth and usable piece of wood, which often have a beautiful grain, and cannot be told apart from brand new planks straight from the mill.I truly hope you enjoy the wide range of ideas that can be used in pallet furniture, and I encourage you to surf the net for new designs and ideas that you may like us to build for you.
