We highly recommend booking your treatment in advance to ensure that your preferred time is available. While you can always add extras on the day, the only way to guarantee that you get exactly the treatment you want, exactly when you want it, is to book in advance. Please call us and have everything booked in together. There’s so much to do at our beautiful spa so plan your day and make sure you don’t miss out on anything!
We recommend that you arrive at reception at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow time for your consultation, to be shown to your locker where you will be provided with a bathrobe, slippers and towels to use during your visit. Using the relaxation area before starting your treatment will allow you to reach optimum relaxation and gain the full benefit of your spa experience. Please understand that late arrivals will not receive an extension of their scheduled treatment time.
Our spa environment is of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect all spa guests right to privacy and serenity. To preserve the harmony within the spa, kindly turn your mobile phone, notebook and camera off before entering and leave it in the locker provided. Please do not smoke on the premise.
Alcohol and outside food or drinks are not allowed. We love to see our guests enjoying themselves! If you are with a group of friends, however, please be aware of those who may wish to sleep and keep noisier conversations for the lounge or elsewhere.
