Company Profile PokuPharma is a limited liability company registered under the companies code 1963 (Act 179). Having complied with the provisions of companies' code, it commenced business in 5th march 1998 to supply pharmaceutical products under the pharmacy act 1994(Act 489) section 30 and 31. The company is located at Kumasi Asafo near Ahmadiah mosque in the Ashanti Region of Ghana West Africa. Objectives The objectives of PokuPharma are to supply quality drugs and ensure quality healthcare throughout the country. In the future PokuPharma entry in the pharmaceutical industry can best be described as the dawn of the new dimension in the pharmaceutical distribution channel.
