Property Profiles (U) Ltd was incorporated as a Limited Liability Company under the Company’s Act Cap.48 on 24th June, 2003 and started operations in mid August of the same year.The agency offers a wide scope of real estate services specializing in rental, management and sale of residential, commercial properties and agricultural land initially in and around Kampala and recently have ventured into Western Uganda mainly in Masaka, Mbarara, Kabale, Kasese and Fort Portal. We have also received instructions from Eastern Uganda specifically from Jinja, Mbale, Kapchorwa and Soroti while in the North we have done some work in Masindi, Nebbi and Gulu.However we have laid down business contacts in all the major towns of the Country.Regionally we have a business presence in Kigali, Rwanda and Bujumbura in Burundi where we hope to open Branches in the first quarter of 2008.The company was born after a realization of the need in the Uganda property market for a small, efficient and client friendly estate agency that can at short notice come up with tailor made solutions to property owners problems and meet clients needs. Being new players in the market what we initially lacked in terms of years of local operations was more than compensated by our combined years of experience in the Property market gained both locally and in Kenya.We have steadily acquired a reputation and market share under the management of Mr. Njuguna M. Maina who holds a diploma in Estate Agency and a Bachelor’s degree in Arts from Nairobi University and is currently pursuing a Bachelor degree in Shopping Center Management.The company prides itself with a young and highly motivated, disciplined and professional staff who are actively involved in the departments of sales, development, letting and management of both residential and commercial properties.
