Established in 1950 in a humble way in Nairobi, Kenya, LSHS Ltd. Has steadily grown to become the leading manufacturing of quality bodies for buses, coaches and Light/Medium/Heavy duty trucks.
The leadership position in the industry has been achieved through long term commitment to well designed investment programs in research and development, acquisition and application of efficient and effective production technologies and direct marketing efforts within the regions has attributed to us being the market leaders in the industry.
To further enhance our ability to meet and exceed the ever growing market needs in terms of quality, superior and functional body designs, shorter delivery time and customer care and handling, LSHS Ltd has developed and relocated to a new and ultra modern body manufacturing complex situated along Mombasa road on the Mombasa -Nairobi highway opposite the Nation Newspapers Plant.
Today, our customer base ranges from the leading assembly plants such as GENERAL MOTORS EAST AFRICA LIMITED (ISUZU), COOPER MOTOR CORPORATION LTD (NISSAN) AND SIMBA COLT LIMITED (MITSUBISHI). Some of our major customers are KENYA BUS SERVICES, ELDORET EXPRESS, DOLPHINE COACHES, GATEWAY COACHES (UGANDA), ONATRACOM (RWANDA), OTRACO (BURUNDI), GIFT INVESTMENTS (HARARE), and MIKE APPLE (MALAWI).
