Our lead acid battery plant is one of the most modern manufacturing facilities set up with the latest state-of-the art machinery and equipment from USA, Europe and Taiwan. Our plant and manufacturing activities have been certified as ISO 9001:2008 by JAS-ANZ. After vigorous tests lasting more than a year, our batteries have cleared the standards of Gulf Standard Organization (GSO& SASO). We are Exporting Batteries to Various countries in the Middle East, Africa and CIS Countries naming few Oman, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Lebanon, Syria, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, Ivory Coast, Mali, Burkina Faso, Malawi, Guinea Republic, Turkmenistan etc. Our Tyre division is exporting TBR Tyres, PCR Tyres, Radial Tyres, Otr Tyres &; Auto TubeS to several countries worldwide.

Batteries

Tuffbull & Orbit batteries are manufactured on sophisticated and ultra modern machinery imported from Germany, USA, Denmark, Taiwan and other reputed Indian companies with foreign collaboration. Our high quality automotive battery range conforms to JIS (Japanese standards), DIN (German Standard) and other international standards. 

In addition to automotive range, we also have wide range of batteries for Two Wheelers, Home Inverter, UPS, tubular and battery storage management system in our product portfolio. 

Tuffbull & Orbit batteries are trusted brands names for Batteries which are offered at competitive prices. All batteries are DRY CHARGED and require low maintenance with minimum topping requirements and assurance of trouble free performance. These batteries are made with Robust Hybrid Alloy Battery plates with lower corrosion rate, long life, leak and shock proof. Battery Polypropylene containers are with latest design having reinforced corners and edges fortified against damages from bumps and vibrations.

Batteries are with Instant Start and high cranking power to give lasting performance year after year.

Battery Manufacturing

Our state-of-the-art battery manufacturing facility is located at Plot No. 115-119, Industrial Area, Phase III, Sansarpur Terrace, 176 501, District- Kangra, Himachal Pradesh, India. The plant is fully automated and its sophisticated machineries are imported from world Leader OPTAMAC, USA and other reputed battery machines producers located in Germany, Denmark, Taiwan and China.
