Since 1982, the Quadrant Group has delivered services to clients in Botswana, Lesotho, South Africa, Mozambique and Swaziland in the following areas: Information and Communication Technology Systems Sales and Support, Management, Vocational and Computer Training Management and Human Resource Consulting Services Office Supplies, Design and Printing, Corporate Image Promotion Organizing of Conferences, Workshops, Seminars and Special Events.

Goals:

To provide and promote an appropriate range of goods and services so that we develop and retain a market share that is at least thirty percent greater than that of our nearest competitor.

To expand our client base and range of products and services so that our real growth, increases by at least ten percent per annum above the inflation rate.

To employ, whenever possible from within the local community, and develop appropriate human resources so that we may fulfill the purpose of our mission and thereby maintain our employees’ remuneration within the upper quartile of similar organisations in Lesotho.

To ensure that our business partners' products and services enjoy a market-share in Lesotho that exceeds their overall market share by at least twenty percent.

In early 1982, Quadrant was founded, in Lesotho, to address the country’s needs for local consultancy and training facilities in the areas of marketing and productivity improvement.

Subsequently, in response to requests from its growing client base, the company’s focus expanded rapidly to include; Information Technology Sales, Support and Training divisions.
