GDC is unrelenting in its approach to quality. The Total Quality Management Department ensures the establishment of quality procedures and enables the monitoring of the quality aspects of each and every product, operation and function in the company.
To ensure that the GMP standards are met and products comply with the international quality standards such as BP & USP, quality control measures have been implemented at each stage of production- including the review of the manufacturing process.
Quality systems are of a high standard for which a comprehensive Quality Manual is implemented. This international standard of Quality Manual is based on the recent SAHPRA, ICH and PIC/S guidelines for GMP.
At GDC the ultimate responsibility for production, quality assurance and quality control is in the hands of experienced pharmacists and graduates of biosciences or chemistry.
On joining the company all personnel receive on going regular comprehensive in house training to upgrade their knowledge and skills in keeping up to date with the latest Good Manufacturing Practices relating to their particular field of work.
