Upkeep Handyman Property Holdings & Management Pty Ltd is a South African property services enterprise built on vertical integration, transparency, and investor control. While our broader holding structure includes Data Solutions (solar-resilient server farm) and Royal Vaping (luxury consumer brand), this profile focuses exclusively on our core — the Property Holdings & Management Division — the cash-flow anchor and operational engine of the group.
We are not a broker, aggregator, or subcontractor network. We own and manage residential property portfolios and perform 100% of maintenance and handyman services in-house using our own full-time, trained staff. Outsourcing is used only when legally, technically, or operationally unavoidable (e.g., certified gas work, major structural engineering), and even then, under strict internal supervision.
This division is designed to:
• Generate immediate, predictable cash flow via 15% management fees on gross rental income.
• Reduce operational costs by ~30% vs. outsourced models through internal efficiency.
• Provide full transparency: investors receive real-time access to work orders, technician logs, and financials (USD & ZAR, at 17.1 ZAR/USD fixed rate).
• Ensure iron-clad accountability — one team, one standard, one point of contact.
All services below are performed by our own employees — not subcontractors. Vehicles, tools, PPE, and inventory are company-owned and maintained. Technicians are multi-skilled where feasible (e.g., a handyman may handle carpentry, basic plumbing, painting, and electrical diagnostics).
